Ahmedabad has witnessed more communal violence than any other city. Frequent eruption of violence has converted the city into “a city of segregation". We create various platforms to ensure smooth interaction between people of various religions to ensure peaceful coexistence. We study the violations of rights of people during and after riots and do advocacy to ensure that the right enshrined in the constitution and international Conventions and Treaties are respected.

By organizing zonal and national seminars and meetings we have established linkages with various organizations at national level.
